-Leather products should not be stored in nylon packages and in humid environments for a long duration.
- To touch of heavy,solid materials, toys, jewellery, buckles etc. it can leave unsightly marks on the skin surface.
- Leather upholstered products should be placed at least 50 cm away from heat sources (stove, radiator, fireplace, etc.). Otherwise, the leather may lose too much moisture and become hard and crack.
- Impacts, scratches, etc. Which are occured during transportation of the sofas or chairs etc and other reasons.This should be considered as out of warranty.
- Direct contact of pets with leather goods should be avoided. It can damage the skin with its nails, saliva can also damage the skin and create stains.
- Artificial leather should not be washed and leave wet for a long time.
- Do not contact the products surfacewith high temperature (iron, etc) materials.
- Protect the leather from hard impacts.
- While cleaning, firstly remove the dust by vacuum method. Then wipe it with a damp cloth.
-If beverages like Tea, Coffee, Milk, Alcohol, Cosmetics, Syrup, Fruit Juice etc. spilled on artificial leather ; then remove liquids that will cause stains, such as staining, from the spilled surface Immediately with an absorbent cloth or paper towel. Clean the drying stains caused by spilled liquids by wiping them with a damp cloth. While cleaning,do not usealcohol and cologne etc.
-During sewing, it should be complied with high standards of the needle threads,In order not to encounter sewing problems the thinnest needle and thread possible should be used
“SD” (suitable for artificial leather sewing) needles with triangular cutting tips should be preferred. In order not to encounter sewing problems;If different needles and threads are used, prior to application seam opening and breaking can be seen on the finished products .so before starting sewing sample stitches should be made and checked, and then final wewing application should be started.
There are important factors that not to encounter sewing seam opening ; such as thread type, needle type, needle change time, joining method, machine type, stitch tension and number of strokes per cm. It is necessary to sew in a way that does not disturb the structure of our products. By making these choices in the most appropriate way, the desired results can be achieved.
